    The tech support told me ,my maxisys pro cannot connect to CAN protocol bmw cars so there should be hardware problem with the J2534 my tool is under waranty can you tell me what I have to do and give me the e-mail can I connect to them to return for repair or replace it?

     Best to get a A2 ICOM and use the Autel as a filler unit..
